    This Privacy Policy explains how Scoreplex Inc. ("Scoreplex", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit scoreplex.io, request our white papers or other content, contact us, or otherwise interact with our marketing (the "Services").

    This policy covers our website and marketing activities. It does not describe how we process data on behalf of customers within the Scoreplex platform; that is governed by our customer agreements and data processing terms.

    a. Information you provide — lead/contact details from forms (including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms) and demo/report requests: first name, last name, work email, company name, job title, and any message/answers; plus the content of communications you send us.

    b. Collected automatically — usage and device data (IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referrers, interactions) via cookies and similar technologies.

    c. From third parties — when you respond to our ads or forms on LinkedIn, the platform shares the profile information you authorize (name, work email, company, job title).

    We and partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, measure performance, and deliver/measure advertising:

Our use of advertising cookies (LinkedIn, X) may be “sharing”/“targeted advertising” under some U.S. state laws — opt out via cookie settings, a GPC signal, or by emailing us (Section 9).

    7. International data transfers

    We are U.S.-based; data may be processed in the U.S. and elsewhere. For EEA/UK transfers we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, or other lawful mechanisms.

    8. Data retention

    We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal requirements.

    EEA/UK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent; and the right to complain to your supervisory authority (UK: the ICO).

    California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws: rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money and will not discriminate for exercising rights.

    10. Marketing choices

    Opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing sales@scoreplex.io. We may still send non-promotional messages about your requests.

    Our Services target business professionals and are not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

    12. Security

    We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No transmission or storage is completely secure.

    13. Third-party links

    Our site may link to third-party sites governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them.
